151 Protection from liability (1) A person is not civilly or criminally liable for an act done or omitted to be done by the person in good faith: (a) in connection with the exercise of a power or performance of a function under this Act; or (b) in compliance with a requirement under this Act. (1A) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) extends to an act done or omitted to be done by a person in sharing information in accordance with a processing arrangement, or purportedly in accordance with a processing arrangement, between 2 public sector organisations.
