130 Application of Part (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Part applies in relation to all records of a public sector organisation even though the organisation is a public sector organisation for personal information only. Information Act 2002 80 (2) This Part does not apply in relation to any records of: (a) a contract service provider; or (b) an employee or agent of a contract service provider; or (c) a person (other than a contract service provider) who provides services to a public sector organisation under a contract between the organisation or the Territory and that person or another person.
