112C Effect of complaints on acts and decisions (1) The making of a complaint under section 103 does not affect the operation of the decision complained of unless the Commissioner or Tribunal orders otherwise. (2) The making of a complaint under section 104 does not prevent the respondent from repeating or continuing the act complained of, or similar acts, unless the Commissioner or Tribunal orders otherwise.
