112 Resolution of complaint by mediation or other agreement (1) If the matter complained of is resolved by mediation or other agreement, the complainant and the respondent may apply jointly to the Commissioner for the orders that, in the opinion of the Commissioner, are sufficient to give effect to the resolution. (2) The Commissioner must not make an order under subsection (1) unless it is an order that the Tribunal could have made under section 114 or 115 in respect of the complaint. (3) The Commissioner must provide in writing to the complainant and to the respondent the orders made under subsection (2).
