107 Notification of acceptance, rejection or referral (1) For section 106(1)(b), a notice of decision is to specify: (a) whether the Commissioner has decided to accept, reject or refer the complaint; and (b) if the Commissioner has decided to reject the complaint – the reason for the rejection. (2) If the Commissioner decides to accept a complaint, the Commissioner must notify the respondent in writing that the complaint has been made and of the substance of the complaint.
