102 Commissioner must not disclose exempt information This Act does not authorise or permit the Commissioner to disclose government information that is exempt under Part 4 (Exemptions in the public interest) by publishing the information in: (a) a report under section 98 or 99; or (b) a decision or order made, or reasons for decision given, under Part 7; or Information Act 2002 64 (c) any other form.
