100 Validity of Commissioner's acts and decisions Anything done by or in relation to a person purporting to act under: (a) an appointment as Commissioner under section 85; or (b) an appointment to act as Commissioner under section 94; is not invalid on any of the following grounds: (c) that the appointment was ineffective; (d) that the appointment had ceased to have effect; (e) if the appointment is to act as Commissioner – that the occasion to act had not arisen or had ceased.
