38A Use of information, documents and other items Subject to this Act, information, documents or other items obtained by the ICAC in the lawful performance of functions in relation to an investigation may be used: (a) by the ICAC for the purposes of any other investigation; or (b) by a referral entity in relation to a matter referred to it, if provided to the entity under section 27.
