168 Report about implementing recommendations (1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the PID Commissioner made a requirement under section 32(1) of the repealed Act but the responsible authority had not complied with the requirement before the commencement. (2) Sections 32 and 33 of the repealed Act continue to apply on and after the commencement in relation to the requirement and, for that purpose: (a) a reference in those sections to the PID Commissioner is a reference to the ICAC; and (b) a reference in those sections to the Minister is a reference to the ICAC Minister.
