148 Failing to comply with requirement for information or items during investigation A person commits an offence if: (a) a requirement under section 32 is given to the person; and (b) the person intentionally fails to comply with the requirement: (i) if an oral response to a question is required – immediately; or

Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2017 116 (ii) otherwise – within a reasonable time stated in the notice given under section 32(3)(b).
