139 Access to ICAC premises and information (1) For an evaluation or dealing with a complaint, the Inspector has full and free access to ICAC premises and all items in the possession or control of the ICAC, including making a copy of any document in the possession or control of the ICAC or a member of ICAC staff. (2) The ICAC and members of ICAC staff must give the Inspector all reasonable assistance the Inspector requires for an evaluation or dealing with a complaint.
