136 Evaluation of ICAC (1) The Inspector must evaluate the performance of the ICAC for a financial year. (2) In evaluating the ICAC's performance, the Inspector must consider: (a) whether the ICAC and members of ICAC staff acted within power and in compliance with this Act and any other relevant Acts or subordinate legislation; and (b) whether the ICAC has implemented any previous recommendations made by the Inspector; and (c) any other matters the Inspector considers relevant.
