133 Return of identity card (1) A person who ceases to be an authorised officer appointed under section 131 must return the person's identity card to the ICAC within 21 days after the cessation. Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units. (2) An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability. subsection (1) if the person has a reasonable excuse.
