127 Handling information regarding suitability (1) Subject to subsection (2), the ICAC must not disclose any information about a person obtained as a result of action taken under section 126(2) to any person other than: (a) the person; or (b) the Inspector.
Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2017 98 (2) The ICAC may disclose information mentioned in subsection (1) to the extent necessary for any proceeding relating to action taken in relation to the person to which the information is relevant. (3) The ICAC must arrange for the secure storage of information mentioned in subsection (1) and for its destruction when it is no longer required.
