125 Delegation (1) The ICAC may delegate any of the ICAC's functions under this Act to a member of ICAC staff who in the opinion of the ICAC is a suitable person to perform the function delegated. (2) However, the ICAC cannot delegate a function under section 157(2) (alternative manner of service). Note for section 125 Also, the ICAC cannot delegate the power of delegation – see section 46A(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
