#### 77A Special reports 77A Special reports > The Inspector may, at any time, make a special report to the Presiding Officer of each House of Parliament on— > > > (a) any matters affecting the Commission, including, for example, its operational effectiveness or needs, and > > > (b) any administrative or general policy matter relating to the functions of the Inspector, and > > > (c) any other matter relating to the exercise of a function to audit, deal with or assess any matter under section 57B that the Inspector considers warrants the making, in the public interest, of a special report. > > **s 77A:** Ins 2005 No 10, Sch 1 \[33\].
