#### 51 Reimbursement of expenses of witnesses 51 Reimbursement of expenses of witnesses > A witness appearing before the Commission shall be paid, out of money provided by Parliament, in respect of the expenses of the witness’s attendance an amount ascertained in accordance with the prescribed scale or, if there is no prescribed scale, such amount as the Commission determines.
