74 Referrals to prosecutorial bodies (1) If the IBAC considers it appropriate, the IBAC, at any time, may refer to a prosecutorial body any matter that the IBAC considers is relevant to the performance of the prosecutorial duties and functions or the exercise of prosecutorial powers of that prosecutorial body. (2) Without limiting any matter which may be referred under this section, the IBAC may refer— (a) any matter under investigation by the IBAC; (b) any matter raised in a report of the Chief Commissioner of Police.
