59G IBAC to report to Integrity Oversight Victoria on issue of witness summonses
Within 3 days after the issue of a witness summons, the IBAC must give a written report to Integrity Oversight Victoria specifying—
(a) the name of the person summoned;
(b) the reasons why the witness summons was issued.
