193 Immunity of the IBAC and IBAC Officers (1) The IBAC or an IBAC Officer is not personally liable for anything necessarily or reasonably done or omitted to be done in good faith— (a) in the performance of a duty or a function or the exercise of a power under this Act or the regulations made under this Act; or (b) in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the performance of a duty or a function or the exercise of a power under this Act or the regulations made under this Act. (2) Any liability resulting from an act or omission that would, but for subsection (1), attach to the IBAC or an IBAC Officer attaches instead to the State.
