154 Report to Integrity Oversight Victoria on issue of arrest warrants
Within 3 days after the issue of an arrest warrant under this Division, the IBAC must give a written report to Integrity Oversight Victoria specifying—
(a) the name of the person named in the arrest warrant;
(b) the reasons why the arrest warrant was issued.
