141D Matters relating to an arrest warrant issued under section 141A(2), 141B(2) or 141C(2) (1) The rules to be observed with respect to warrants to arrest under the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989** (other than section 62 or 64(2), (3) or (4)) extend and apply to an arrest warrant issued under section 141A(2), 141B(2) or 141C(2). (2) A person arrested under an arrest warrant issued under section 141A(2) or 141B(2) must be served with a witness summons issued under section 120(1) as soon as practicable after the arrest. (3) The issue of an arrest warrant under section 141A(2), 141B(2) or 141C(2), or the arrest of a person under that warrant, does not relieve the person from any liability for non‑compliance with a witness summons duly served on the person before or after the arrest.
