135 Offence for summoned witness to fail to attend examination (1) A person who is duly served with a witness summons to attend as a witness to give evidence or to produce documents or other things at an examination before the IBAC must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to attend in accordance with the witness summons. Note to s. 135(1) inserted by No. 30/2016 s. 46(5). (2) A person who is duly served with a witness summons to attend as a witness to give evidence or to produce documents or other things at an examination before the IBAC must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to attend from day to day unless— (a) excused by the IBAC; or (b) released from further attendance by the IBAC.
