128 IBAC to inform Integrity Oversight Victoria of direction in relation to specified Australian legal practitioner S. 128(1) amended by Nos 2/2019 s. 124, 31/2024 s. 113(Sch. 1 item 16.33). (1) If the IBAC makes a direction in relation to a specified Australian legal practitioner under section 127(2), (7A) or (8), the IBAC must inform Integrity Oversight Victoria in writing of— (a) that direction; (b) the reasons for the direction; (c) the specific provision of this Act relied on in making the direction; (d) the factors taken into consideration in making the direction. (2) The IBAC must inform Integrity Oversight Victoria of a direction under section 127(2), (7A) or (8) within 24 hours of the making of the direction.
