11A Determination of matter previously considered by the IBAC The IBAC may determine to investigate any complaint or notification to the IBAC that the IBAC has before the commencement of section 7 of the **Integrity and Accountability Legislation Amendment (A Stronger System) Act 2016**— (a) dismissed under section 58(a); or (b) referred to a person or body (other than the Ombudsman) under section 73; or (c) referred to the Ombudsman under section 73 and the Ombudsman has dismissed it or has determined not to investigate it.
