108 Authorisation to possess, carry and use firearms for training purposes (1) The IBAC, by instrument, may authorise a senior IBAC Officer to possess, carry and use a firearm for the purposes of— (a) providing or receiving training in relation to the use of that firearm; or (b) testing and maintaining that firearm.
