1 Purpose (1) The main purpose of this Act is to establish the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission. (2) This Act also amends the **Parliamentary Committees Act 2003** to constitute a Joint House Committee of the Parliament of Victoria to oversee the Independent Broad-based Anti‑corruption Commission.
