33 Prescribed chargeable services
For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition of chargeable service in subsection 36(11) of the Act, the following services are prescribed: (a) at the request of a person, an assessment or audit of whether the person is able to comply with the Act, this instrument or any proposed compliance agreement between the Commonwealth and the person; (b) at the request of a person, an assessment or audit of whether the person is complying with the Act, this instrument or any compliance agreement between the Commonwealth and the person; (c) at the request of a person, training of the person in relation to matters covered by a compliance agreement between the Commonwealth and the person.
