96 Application to complaints (1) This Subdivision applies to complaints by tenants or prospective tenants of a registered agency who are affected by decisions of the registered agency on matters relating to rental housing. (2) This Subdivision does not apply to a complaint that may be referred to VCAT under the **Residential Tenancies Act 1997**. S. 97 inserted by No. 106/2004 s. 5.
