78 Creation of Registrar as body corporate The Registrar of Housing Agencies and his or her successors in office shall, subject to this Act be a body corporate under the name of the "Registrar of Housing Agencies" and shall, by that name— (a) have perpetual succession and a corporate seal; and (b) be capable in law of suing and being sued and of acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property; and (c) be capable in law of doing and suffering all acts and things that bodies corporate may by law do and suffer.
