39 Personal liability of officers The Chief Executive Officer, Homes Victoria, an employee of the Department or any other person acting on behalf of Homes Victoria shall not be subject personally to any claim, action, liability or demand in respect of any action or step taken or not taken by that person on behalf of Homes Victoria, provided that in taking or not taking that action or step the person acted in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act or the regulations.
