147 Amendment of Land Titles Register The Registrar of Titles, on being requested to do so and on delivery of any relevant certificate of title or instrument, must make any amendments in the Register that are necessary because of any amendment made to this Act by the **Residential Tenancies, Housing and Social Services Regulation Amendment (Administration and Other Matters) Act 2022**. S. 148 inserted by No. 40/2022 s. 49.
