10 Homes Victoria to be subject to the direction and control of Minister S. 10(1) amended by No. 40/2022 s. 29(2). (1) In the exercise of the powers, discretions, functions and authorities and in the discharge of the duties conferred or imposed upon Homes Victoria by or under this or any other Act, Homes Victoria shall be subject to the direction and control of the Minister. S. 10(2) amended by No. 40/2022 s. 29(3). (2) Homes Victoria shall furnish the Minister with such reports, documents, papers, minutes and other information as may be required by Parliament pursuant to any Act or pursuant to any order of either House of Parliament. S. 10(3) amended by No. 40/2022 s. 29(4). (3) Homes Victoria shall also provide the Minister with regular reports on all business of Homes Victoria and shall furnish the Minister with any information which the Minister may require.
