15 Amount of Commonwealth HomeBuilder grant
(1) [Section 15 Subsection (1) amended by S.R. 2020, No. 83, Applied:09 Dec 2020] The amount of a Commonwealth HomeBuilder grant is –
(a) [Section 15 Subsection (1) amended by S.R. 2020, No. 83, Applied:09 Dec 2020] for an eligible transaction entered into before 1 January 2021, $25 000; or
(b) [Section 15 Subsection (1) amended by S.R. 2020, No. 83, Applied:09 Dec 2020] for an eligible transaction entered into on or after 1 January 2021 but before 1 April 2021, $15 000.
(2) Despite subsection (1) , if the National Partnership ceases to be in force, the amount of a Commonwealth HomeBuilder grant is zero on, and from, the cessation of the National Partnership.
