21 Indemnification of certain persons
A member of the Trust and any other person, exercising in good faith a function in relation to trust property in accordance with this Act or any by-law, and the executor or administrator of any such member or person, are entitled to be indemnified out of trust property against all expenses and liabilities that they incur in connection with the exercise of the function.
