24 Date by which, and manner in which, a varied census date or EFTSL value must be published

(1) This section applies only if subsection 23(1) applies. (2) For the purposes of subsection 169-25(5) of the Act, where a higher education provider varies a published census date or published EFTSL value, the provider must publish the varied census date or EFTSL value on the higher education provider’s website as soon as practicable after making the variation.
