#### 98J Institution to provide information to Minister about post‑graduate students An institution must give to the Minister, if and when required by the Minister to do so, any statistical and other information relating to students in relation to eligible post‑graduate courses of study (not being information as to the name or address of a student) that the Minister reasonably requires for the purposes of this Part.
