#### 98C Additional condition (1) In addition to the conditions specified in any other provision of this Act, financial assistance is granted to an institution on the condition that the institution complies with the requirements of this Chapter. (2) Without limiting the operation of subsection (1), the following provisions of this Chapter do not of their own force require an institution to do any act or thing.
