43 Application for issue or notification of tax file number
(1) A student may apply to the Commissioner for the issue or notification of a tax file number. (2) The application shall be in a form approved by the Commissioner. (3) The application may be lodged at, or posted to, the office of a Deputy Commissioner of Taxation.
