#### 106ZF Cancelling loan limit notice (1) The person to whom the loan limit notice relates may ask the Commissioner to give a notice (the cancellation notice) under this section cancelling the loan limit notice. (2) The Commissioner must give the cancellation notice to the person if the person’s total indebtedness under this Act no longer exceeds the maximum permitted debt. (3) The cancellation notice must be in writing and state that, on the day on which it is given, the person’s total indebtedness under this Act does not exceed the maximum permitted debt.
