sec.7 When restored vehicle is built
For the purposes of this Regulation, a restored vehicle is taken to have been built when it was originally built and not when it was restored. In this section— restored vehicle means a vehicle that is being, or has been, restored to its manufacturer’s specifications, so far as it is practicable to meet the specifications. (sec.7-ssec.1) For the purposes of this Regulation, a restored vehicle is taken to have been built when it was originally built and not when it was restored.
