sch.3-sec.30 Branding of couplings and drawbar eyes on road trains
A drawbar-type coupling, or drawbar eye, used on a vehicle built after June 1991 that forms part of a road train must be clearly and permanently marked, in a way complying with AS/NZS 4968.1:2003 ‘Heavy Road Vehicle–Mechanical Coupling Between Articulated Vehicle Combinations’, with— the name or trademark of its manufacturer; and its D-value rating.
- (a) the name or trademark of its manufacturer; and
- (b) its D-value rating.
