sch.3-sec.16 Simultaneous parking brake application
If the parking brake of a heavy motor vehicle in a B-double or road train is applied, the parking brake of any attached heavy trailer must be applied automatically. This section does not apply in relation to a heavy trailer carrying wheel chocks that provide a performance equal to the performance standard required for a parking brake system. (sch.3-sec.16-ssec.1) If the parking brake of a heavy motor vehicle in a B-double or road train is applied, the parking brake of any attached heavy trailer must be applied automatically.
