sch.2-sec.72 Optional side reflectors
A heavy vehicle may be fitted with side-facing reflectors. A side-facing reflector fitted to a heavy vehicle must show the following coloured reflection of light when light is projected directly onto the reflector— for a side-facing reflector fitted towards the front of the vehicle—white or yellow; for a side-facing reflector fitted towards the rear of the vehicle—red or yellow; for a side-facing reflector fitted on the central part of the vehicle—yellow. (sch.2-sec.72-ssec.1) A heavy vehicle may be fitted with side-facing reflectors. (sch.2-sec.72-ssec.2) A side-facing reflector fitted to a heavy vehicle must show the following coloured reflection of light when light is projected directly onto the reflector— for a side-facing reflector fitted towards the front of the vehicle—white or yellow; for a side-facing reflector fitted towards the rear of the vehicle—red or yellow; for a side-facing reflector fitted on the central part of the vehicle—yellow.
