sch.2-sec.5 Turning ability
A heavy motor vehicle must be able to turn in a circle not more than 25m in diameter, measured by the outer edge of the tyre track at ground level. A heavy motor vehicle must be able to comply with subsection (1) whether it turns to the left or to the right. (sch.2-sec.5-ssec.1) A heavy motor vehicle must be able to turn in a circle not more than 25m in diameter, measured by the outer edge of the tyre track at ground level. (sch.2-sec.5-ssec.2) A heavy motor vehicle must be able to comply with subsection (1) whether it turns to the left or to the right.
