sch.2-sec.27 Retreads
A tyre that is retreaded must not be fitted on a heavy vehicle if— AS 1973-1993 ‘Pneumatic Tyres—Passenger Car, Light Truck and Truck/Bus—Retreading and Repair Processes’ applies to the tyre; and the tyre was not retreaded in accordance with the standard.
- (a) AS 1973-1993 ‘Pneumatic Tyres—Passenger Car, Light Truck and Truck/Bus—Retreading and Repair Processes’ applies to the tyre; and
- (b) the tyre was not retreaded in accordance with the standard.
