sec.57A Qualification of authorised officers—Law, s 481
For section 481 (1) (d) of the Law the classes are— individuals whose services are used by a participating jurisdiction under an arrangement entered into with the employer of the individuals; and individuals who are consultants or contractors engaged by a participating jurisdiction. s 57A ins 2018 SL No. 89 s 5
- (a) individuals whose services are used by a participating jurisdiction under an arrangement entered into with the employer of the individuals; and
