sec.54 Application
This Division applies for the purposes of applying the Right to Information Act 2009 (Queensland) (the RTI Act ) under section 696 (1) (c) of the Law. The RTI Act applies for the purposes of the Law with— the modifications stated in this Division and Division 1 ; and any other necessary modifications. (sec.54-ssec.1) This Division applies for the purposes of applying the Right to Information Act 2009 (Queensland) (the RTI Act ) under section 696 (1) (c) of the Law. (sec.54-ssec.2) The RTI Act applies for the purposes of the Law with— the modifications stated in this Division and Division 1 ; and any other necessary modifications.
