sec.51 Application
This Division applies for the purposes of applying the Public Records Act 2002 (Queensland) (the PR Act ) under section 696 (1) (b) of the Law. The PR Act applies for the purposes of the Law with— the modifications stated in this Division and Division 1 ; and any other necessary modifications. (sec.51-ssec.1) This Division applies for the purposes of applying the Public Records Act 2002 (Queensland) (the PR Act ) under section 696 (1) (b) of the Law. (sec.51-ssec.2) The PR Act applies for the purposes of the Law with— the modifications stated in this Division and Division 1 ; and any other necessary modifications.
