sec.47 Application
This Division applies for the purposes of applying the Information Privacy Act 2009 of Queensland (the IP Act ) under section 696 (1) (a) of the Law. The IP Act applies for the purposes of the Law with— the modifications stated in this Division and Division 1 ; and any other necessary modifications. (sec.47-ssec.1) This Division applies for the purposes of applying the Information Privacy Act 2009 of Queensland (the IP Act ) under section 696 (1) (a) of the Law. (sec.47-ssec.2) The IP Act applies for the purposes of the Law with— the modifications stated in this Division and Division 1 ; and any other necessary modifications.
